2024-25 Notification of Late W&L Aid Application

You have three options for completing this form:

Returning undergraduate students are required to submit application materials for W&L need-based aid by May 1, 2024. A complete aid application for W&L need-based grant includes the CSS/Profile, FAFSA, and 2022 federal tax returns, including business returns, for both parents and students. Please refer to the Aid Status Online portal for details on what you need to submit.

If you are unable to complete your W&L need-based aid application by the May 1 deadline you will need to submit this form to the Office of Financial Aid before May 1. This form secures your eligibility to submit a need-based aid application and receive the full amount of any need-based grant eligibility. Submission of this form does not relieve your financial obligation to the university and you may wish to secure private or federal loan if your application is delayed beyond September 1, 2024.

If you are filing a federal tax extension, please provide a copy of the IRS Form 4868.

Please note that institutional aid will not be provided or posted to the tuition account until the application is complete. Students who have outstanding balances as of September 1, 2024 may incur late charges or holds imposed by the Business Office.
