About Isaac: After studying math at W&L (and also doing a lot of study abroad), Isaac finally left the academic world and somewhat accidentally got into data analytics, and then found a home in Trust & Safety. Going from big companies to small, and after running Tinder T&S product analytics for a few years, he's now at Match Group as T&S Analytics manager, leading a global team, helping drive safety across the portfolio.
