May is Mental Health Awareness Month, an opportunity to take time to reflect, understand, and explore how to care for your own mental and emotional well-being. It’s important to prioritize your own health before you can support and help others. Join us to explore strategies to manage mental/emotional health as well as understand where and when to seek help. Hear from presenter Karen Beaudoin, MSW, EAP Program manager, Senior Trainer at health Advocate about early warning signs that you may need to seek help and techniques to maintain good mental health and well-being.
