She leads clients through a disciplined methodology spanning from initial strategic planning to final execution, maintaining accountability for continuous performance improvement.
Before joining JLL, Myers advised corporate residential relocation initiatives, partnering with companies to attract and transition new talent. She managed relocation programs for Honeywell, Dimensional Fund Advisors, Lowe's, and others, guiding both executive and staff-level employees through their transitions.
