4 Week Workshop: Stress Less: Mindfulness for Calm, Focus, and Resilience

During this four-week seminar, students practice mindfulness and gentle movement to help manage stress, improve focus, and cultivate greater emotional resiliency.

This is a non-clinical experience for students. Students do not need to be clients with Lindley Counseling to participate.

Interested students are asked to commit to attending all four workshops.
